Knitting

Knitting is a method by which thread or yarn may be turned into cloth or other fine crafts. Knitted fabric consists of consecutive loops, called stitches. As each row progresses, a new loop is pulled through an existing loop.

Dyeing

We have a team of supervisors who are always visiting these looms to ensure quality knotting and timely delivery of orders. For the production of fitted Sheets, Institutional Linen, and fabrics.

Finishing

The term finishing includes all the mechanical and chemical processes employed commercially to improve the acceptability of the product, except those procedures directly concerned with coloring.

Quality

Quality testing and maintaining standards are important. The objective of our quality assurance system is to avoid defects in the products. The company has qualified staff that is ensuring quality checks throughout the production processes.

Elastic

High-Speed Automatic Elastic Machine to meet customers’ need, the same width of the models can be converted each other to different output in number, and the needle loom has quality spare parts to composition, it can be created most economical value used with long durability, and reduces depreciation rate effectively.

Cutting

The garment components have to be cut accurately and precisely as per the shape of the pattern to facilitate the assembling process and for better fitting of garments. The effortlessness in achieving this accuracy is based on the cutting method engaged and on the marker. To get a consistent quality of cutting, the layer height should be as low as possible without affecting the production planning and quality of cutting.

Stitching

The stitch-bonding process involves bonding yarn layers, webs or flat substrates by means of a system of stitches. In the process, rows of needles move together to pierce the substrate being processed to form stitches.

Packaging

Packaging has developed special, high-performance moisture barriers for the packaging of textile products and ready for shipping.
